OUR CONTINUOUS QUALITY IMPROVEMENT PROCESS REDEFINES EXCELLENCE Wikoff's quality commitment includes an active Total Quality Assurance (TQA) program throughout the process. Elements of the program include raw material/supplier selection and qualification, formulation development, pilot batch manufacture, intermediate/final product manufacturing specifications, and packaging and delivery criteria. Wikoff Color Corporation has been committed to a quality philosophy since its founding in 1956. The company formally adopted the principles and philosophy of Total Quality Assurance in 1989. Internally at Wikoff you will find our systems, processes and daily operations driven by principles of ISO-9000. A documented and implemented quality system assures that preventive action and continuous improvement are inherent throughout our company. Our quality system mandates that our processes be monitored and controlled which leads to consistent products and services. We are now in the process of seeking ISO-9002 certification for several of our plants. |
