January 8, 2002 - VEDA FERLAZZO CLARK has been elected as a Director of our company.  Her addition to the Board brings the total number of Directors to six and continues the pattern of strong outside Directors making up most of our Board.  Veda is currently President and CEO of Litecontrol Corporation, an employee-owned manufacturer of linear architectural fluorescent lighting for commercial and institutional buildings in North America.  Veda has been with Litecontrol for 15 years and has served as President since 1999.  Prior to coming to Litecontrol, Veda was a general management consultant with companies such as Harbridge House, The Forum Corporation and the American Management Association.  She has a B. A. in English and philosophy from Goucher College and an MBA from Boston University.  We welcome Veda Clark to our Board and hope she has a long, productive and enjoyable association with our company.

December 1, 2001 - Wikoff Color Corporation has moved the Wauconda, Illinois operation to a new 6000 square foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.  The new facility more than doubles the manufacturing area and can be expanded  as needed. The new laboratory and support facilities will facilitate top-notch technical support for new business growth in the exciting Midwest market.  Telephone contact numbers remain the same.

November 2, 2001 - Wikoff Color's Fort Mill facility, our largest manufacturing plant, passed its ISO re certification audit October 31 - November 2.  The Fort Mill plant was successfully re certified to the ISO-9002:1994 standard with zero non conformances at the end of the audit.

December 1, 2000 - Our bulk manufacturing plant in Fort Mill, SC passed its second ISO-9002:1994 surveillance audit today with zero non-conformances. Ten of the 20 elements of the 1994 standard were audited, including Management Responsibility, Contract Review, Document Control, Corrective & Preventive Action, Internal Audits, ID & Traceability, Inspection & Testing, Inspection & Test Status, Training, Handling, Storage, Packaging, Preservation & Delivery and Statistical Techniques. This makes two consecutive years with no recordable non-conformances issued by the outside auditor.   Wikoff Color congratulates the entire team of Fort Mill Employees.

December 2000 - Wikoff Color Corporation opened a full ink manufacturing plant in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.  Pierre Regimbald is the Manager of the Montreal operation and has 30 years of experience in the ink industry.  The plant is located at 9630 Boulevard du Golf, Anjou, Quebec, Canada, H1J 2Y7.  For additional information on this new Canadian location, please call 514-356-0223 or fax 514-356-0851.

September 2000 - Wikoff Color Corporation opened a full ink manufacturing plant in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.  Ron Normoyle is the Manager of this new facility, which is located at 29 Strathearn Avenue, Unit 12, Brampton, Ontario, Canada, L6T 4V6.   For additional information on this new Canadian location, please call 905-789-7739 or fax your requests to 905-789-5866.

July, 2000 - Wikoff Color has started a Canadian subsidiary corporation and will soon have branch plants in Toronto and Montreal.  We are moving into rented building space in Toronto and are seeking a suitable place to rent in Montreal.  Although these Canadian plants will not be part of our existing Regions, our Midwest Regional Manager will oversee the Toronto plant and our Northeast Regional Manager will oversee the Montreal plant.   Wikoff Color Corporation - Canada currently has two employees, the Toronto and Montreal plant mangers.  We will be hiring other employees soon and will begin manufacturing Wikoff ink in another country for the first time.  We welcome Wikoff - Canada into our company and are excited about our first international expansion.

June, 2000 - Wikoff Color Corporation announces a 40% expansion of our Energy Curing ink/coating manufacturing plant in the Fort Mill, SC facility.  This expansion reflects the strong growth we have seen in UV and EB inks and coatings, which are used for a wide variety of food packaging, non-food packaging and commercial printing.   This expansion will enable us to better meet our customers' needs as well as prepare for the future.
